We are the engineers who dare to be different, who make our own paths, and who don’t fit the typical engineer mold.
We see possibilities in the impossible and failure as a prerequisite for success.
We feel fear but we take action anyways.
We don’t give up, and we don’t apologize for who we are.
While the rest of the world settles for average, telling us that “this is the way we’ve always done it”, and that we should “stay in our lane” and “not rock the boat”, we champion curiosity, challenge apathy, and we find a better way.
We are creatives who wield our tools of math, science, and technology to make the world a better place.
We are ambitious, confident, and collaborative. We build communities where others build walls.
We are seekers and sharers of knowledge.
We speak our truth.
We approach our work with joy, enthusiasm, and passion.
We take care of ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually, so that we have the energy to serve others to the best of our abilities.
We rise by empowering others, and believe we have a responsibility to give others a hand up as we rise.
